When Luke talks to his Uncle about joining the army (aparently the Imperial army) and mentions OB1 and in his subsequent conversations with OB1 you are left with these impressions.
OB1 convinced an idealistic, talented, teenaged Anakin to leave the family farm and join The War against the wishes of his family. The more practical older "blood-brother" is left holding the bag (taking care of the farm short-handed, then the orphan child and the ruined family name after Anakin became the Lord of Darkness) and bears a slight grudge against OB1.
But in the prequels Anakin is taken as a pre-teen child with his mothers blessing to be a Jedi. He barely knows his "stepbrother". The brothers never talk about agree or disagree with the others life choices.
