This occurs in the scene where Jo's Aunt is being placed on the gurney after her house collapses. Jo asks the paramedic if she's ok and he says "She'll be ok but we'll keep her overnight for observation". First of all, how can he tell she's ok after seeing her for less than 20 seconds? Big second...he's a paramedic! His job is to stabilize her until he can get her to the hospital where the Doctor makes that decision!
