So if there is a Biff in 1955 and he is a "gramps" in the future, where is the 1985 Biff, who technically should have been making Marty's 1985 life a living hell. One answer could be that that Biff had only daughters, but that really doesn't follow the story line of the trilogy.
The 1985 Biff was the one who owned the hotel & was married to his mother. He wouldn't have been Marty's age since he went to school with his parents. If you watch the first one, he has Marty's dad do his work for him.
