In the beginning Nova finds Brent. As Brent walks up to her, he moves forward a few steps, stops, then moves forward again a few more steps. After this, a close up of Brent from an slightly overhead angle shows the masking tape markers used by the film crew to show Brent where he is supposed to stop for the two motions in order to keep camera angles and distance correct. Then the very next close up shot of Brent shows that the markers have disappeared.
