In the episode, "Jailbird Jon", When Jon arrives at the jail, Garfield had eaten all the food in the picnic basket. Later, when Odie reaches into the basket to get the forks and cups, you can plainly see two hamburgers, a little bag of french fries, and a soda. Garfield ate all the food, and the robber (who was pretending to be Jon so he could escape)kept all the food he ordered with him in the front!
