When lady T is driving the Firetruck, things start hitting the front of the truck. Watch closly, and you will see her blink when somthing strikes close to the windshield.TERMINATORS DONT BLINK. In an interview with the girl who played lady T, she said that the hardest thing about acting in this movie was not being allowed to blink.
Where in any of the movies did it say terminators don't blink? It actually would make perfect sense for them to blink...the 800 series has organic eyes, which would require moisturization; more advanced models like the 1000 & T-X would have more advanced programming to mimic human behavior.
