Episode "The Volunteer". Ted Knight is a German soldier with long blond hair. At the end he gets shot by a French boy. When Ted falls, his helmet falls off. But the stuntman who took Ted's place had short, black hair. Then there's a close-up of dead Ted and he has blond hair again.
