The bad guy is supposedly kidnapped so ransom has to be dropped in a PO box in Piccadilly Circus. The cops are waiting for the GPO van to pickup the cash. The first 2 vans shown have yellow rear number plates with differing reg numbers. The third GPO van which arrives at the sorting office has a black and silver rear number plate.
