On the episode where SideShow Bob is taken out of jail to help Homer find his murderer you see SideShow Bob and Homer on stilts chasing the murderer (Frank Grimes Jr.) and you see him with a cape on, then you see if fly off and the screen goes back to Homer and Bob and then the screen goes back to the murderer and you see him running with his cape on again! Then the screen goes back to Homer and Bob once more and then back to the murderer and then he is shown without the cape!
