Right after Natalia tries to leave the EMP'ed building, yelling her name to the speaker thing, a set of 4 speaker type things fall on top of her. Later, when she covers up her dead friend, the speakers are in place and haven't fallen.
They're all TVs (in the video game too) - it's just that the bottom of the TVs look like speakers for some reason. Also, there's two sets of four TVs - if you freeze frame the shot while she's walking away after she covers up her friend, you can see the set of four TVs that already fell (in front of her) in addition to the set of four still hanging. (This is right before she yells at the dysfunctional voice recognition thing)
