In season 3, episode The Longest Day, we all remember the repeats of the scenes, but it wasn't until recently I noticed something. During what is the 3rd chapter on the DVD, Dawson and Joey are leaving the library. We watch Joey as she walks toward the camera, passing by a memorial. Well, most DC fans know, the show is filmed in Wilmington, NC, but all viewers were witness to this fact. If you read the stone memorial, it details the significance of the Wilmington pier during the Confederate times. They've carefully edited out what the Ruins really are, and various "historic" signs throughout the docks the group frequents. So why wouldn't they get this one?
