In the season 2 premiere, "American Duos" Shawn finds a crystal in the toilet in Emilina Saffron's bathroom. This is the key piece of evidence linking Bevin Rennie Llewelyn (who Shawn see's wearing the crystal earlier in the episode) to the crime. But later, when Shawn is doing the big reveal, you see the flashback of Emilina getting attacked, but it is Zapato who is attacking her, not Bevin. So how did the crystal get there?
