In the episode, "Blind Ambition" where the Griffins are learning CPR, Stewie pretends to have actually slept with a practice doll for CPR. While he's talking to the doll, he gets dressed and has bare feet. He puts his overalls on, with his bare feet, but when his feet pop out, he has shoes on!
