Gilligan's Island - That's An Easy Cage To Escape From
In the 3rd season episode "Topsy-Tirvy", six of the castaways are captured by headhunters and put in a bamboo cage. During one wide, overhead shot, you can see the cage has a flaw: The back and one other side of the cage are gone!

That is a triangular cage and the shot from above you can see the top bar but not the side bars because it is all in line. There is nothing wrong with the cage!

Not quite. Watch it again. A triangular cage? The director just pulled the camera out too far and exposed the open sides of the cage.
