In the scene where Hudson is trying to escape the ambulance and falls out riding down the expressway on the hospital gurney; he comes up to a toll booth and in order to make it through (to get the arm to go up and clear his path) has to throw change into the collection machine.

As the camera pans over to show the action of the throw, the platform/cage in which the gurney was set on by the film crew is clearly visible and occupies almost half the screen.
