Near the end of "Goodbye Ms. Chip", Agent 66 pulls Zach onto the dance floor where she loses her left earring. Unfortunately, the earring appears on, and disappears from, her left ear several times during the remainder of the scene.

But wait, it gets better (worse?). Would you believe.... 66 goes off to freshen up (yes, earring on), but Zach finds it on the dance floor (where she lost it in the first place)
