I just caught it in passing, but the point of the commercial is how using Head and Shoulders to keep dandruff away frees up your head for better thoughts.

The setting is a guy in an office in his cubicle and he is listing all these facts and things. At one point he says "Capital of Moscow? Russia." and was pleased with himself because he's so happy that he has nice hair and no dandruff and his brain power has increased.

The Capital of Russia is Moscow, not the other way around. Oopsies!
