Just before the scene where Riggs and Murtaugh deal with the suicidal guy threatening to jump off the building Riggs is buying a single hot dog. Before he and Murtaugh get into the car he clearly eats half the hot dog. After responding to the radio call Riggs holds the hot dog up to take a bite and it is a whole hot dog again.
