When Julia Roberts flatlines and recalls her father's suicide in the pick-up truck, he is shown with the fired gun in his hand lying across his chest. If you were ever in the military or have a knowledge of pistols, you'd realize the position of the hammer and/or the action of the pistol is impossible. The hammer must either be cocked, awaiting the next shot, or the reciever would be open after the last cartridge was fired. The pistol is seen with the hammer in the fired position and the breech closed. This scene ruined the whole movie for me.
