When D'artagnan is knocked out by Rochefort in the dungeon he sends in the jailer to get him. The Jailer walks in and drops his keys about 2 or 3 feet from D'artagnan, then in the next shot the keys are back in his hand.
He does not reach backwards and pickup the keys. Watch the movie he drops the key, cut to next scene he is still walking towards D'artagnan and the keys are in his hand again.
