In the episode "Doing time", while at prison, Mrs. Puff is wearing a red hat, when the guard takes her into the kitchen, she says "Yes, it must be the heat" at that point, her hat briefly changes blue and then back to red. Her old hat was blue too, maybe she wanted it back!
