At the end of the movie the Martian vehicles are having troubles. We see a shot of one faltering and then hitting a building. Later, when some of the earthlings start to move towards a downed Martian craft, a loud noise distracts them. It's "another" Martian craft crashing, only it's just a close up of the same Martian craft, hitting the same building that we saw before.
