Towards the end of the movie, the Air Force Colonel jumps on a Russian tank and starts firing his semi-automatic pistol into the open hatch. We see the pistol slide move as he fires and we hear the sound of the pistol firing. Then the slide locks in the open position, meaning the pistol is out of ammunition, but we still hear several more shots from the pistol.
