During the scenes where Mathias' group is launching fireballs at Neville's house with a catapault, Neville retaliates by picking up a Browning BAR with infrared night scope. We see a red colored view through his scope as he shoots that shows a family member in front of the catapault dropping to the ground as he is shot, and several other family members scrambling for cover. The next shot shows the same, exact scene repeated, except this time there is no red coloring.
