On the "Tom and Jerry" episode called: "Shutter Bugged Cat", where Tom brings a female cat a gift box which inside has Jerry and the female cat quickly bonds with and treats Jerry like her own child. Jerry plays a few tricks on Tom to get inside of Tom's mouth and upset the female cat, well on one of those tricks the female cat calls Jerry out and he opens Tom's two front teeth like a door and Jerry perfectly comes out but in the other shot when he is now in the shoulder of the female cat he is the size of a hand.
