When Quasimodo's master leaves his lunch for him towards the start of the movie... He sits it on his table where he has his figures of people and the city. After he leaves and Quasimodo starts to sing and goes over to the table and begins moving the people....notice his lunch is gone.

I could have missed something but it seems to me it just disappeared.
