This movie is supposed to take place in Manhattan however, during the entire movie we never hear one Brooklyn or New York accent... not from one person and these are supposed to be people that have lived in New York and Manhattan their entire lives. Even the local police and the hospital workers talk Midwest and West Coast. You would think that since they wanted this to appear realistic they could have thrown in some New York accents.
