After a mugger tries to steal the purse of Mrs Doubtfire, she pushes him off, and says "He Broke my bag", and it shows the strap hanging down. And less than a minute later, when Mrs Doubtfire is standing in front of the BMW, the purse looks new!

If you watch closely, you'll also notice that Mrs Doubtfire (Robin Williams) is dressed in a completely diferent outfit, which would indicate some time has passed between the incident with the mugger, and when she's (he's?) standing in ront of the car.
