Corpus Delecti, Episode 57, 1984. At about 15 minutes left in the episode, Rick and AJ are driving down a hill in AJ's car. Someone that is following them has planted a device to blow his brakes. AJ tries the brake pedal and then says that they are free wheeling. He then tries to stop the car with the parking brake. You do not have to look hard to see that the car is already in Park and there is no way they could be going anywhere anyway.
