In this episode, a large portion of the episode takes place in an alternate time frame than the events of the real Enterprise-D & C. In the alternate universe, the starfleet costumes are a touch different such as boxed collars and black cufflings on the sleeve. When La Forge is in the real time line at the end of the episode with Guinan, he is still wearing the alternate universe jacket with black cufflings. How could they possibly miss that mistake???? LOL!!
