This blooper takes place in the scene where Howard is talking to Kenny in the office about getting Robin back. Right after Howard says the line "Kenny, that's not fair, and quite frankly, I'm just a little bit hurt that your so incapable of being supportive." Look at the metal lamp on the desk, you'll notice Howard's reflection in the lamp is talking when Howard isn't.
