After Maggie's has woken up in her new home after her death sentence has been carried out, Bob shows her some pictures of her funeral, which he indicates her location in the cemetary by saying "Plot 48, Row 12". Then after she asks what would happen to her if she declines, he says "Row 48, Plot 12"..

Such an obvious mistake, I can't believe the producers didn't catch it...

Great movie though..
