In the opening segment at the 2:37 mark Chloe and Jimmy find Lana in the elevator with a gunshot wound to the left chest then break for opening credits. Immediately following the opening credits about the 3:33 mark Lana is being rolled out of the elevator on a stretcher with paramedics applying pressure to her right chest with no signs of blood to her left chest. At the 3:58 mark Lionel Luthor is talking to Lana as she is laying on the stretcher and paramedics are applying pressure to her left chest with no signs of blood to her right chest.
