Law and order SVU - Boom Mic in the Mirror
In Episode 8 of Season 1 of "Law and Order: Special Victims Unit," you can see a boom mic in the mirror behind a desk. It appears quite blatantly from 25:07 to 25:12 right behind one of the main character's head! They definitely should have caught that one!
