During the episode of the "Bone Dance," Miley Stewart is sent out of the classroom to the principal's office because she was accused of cheating. When she turned around and cam back in, singing the 'Bone Dance', her pony-tail was hanging in front of her shoulders. In the next shot, it is behind her back. This keeps happening until it just stays in front of her.
As some one with long hair i can say that when I wear my hair in a ponytail, it is always moving when i turn my head or lean over or anything like that. It's pretty hard to keep a pony tail in one spot all day.
