In the last episode of Season 4, "All of a Sudden I Miss Everyone," about 23mins into the show, during the girls' dance routine you can see that Hayley is wearing tennis shoes, which would be fine if throughout the dancing you can see they switch to her high heels and back to tennis shoes.
