After Kenny dies, Cartman does a flashback about how the Fonz jumps over a bunch of cars on his motorcyle. After that on the bus when it starts tilting, you can see Kenny's face still on the bus!
Ok, I have a couple of problems with this one. First of all, Kenny gets killed in every episode and is always back for the next. Second, its a cartoon. In a show with real actors things get overlooked. In a cartoon, things have to be purposely drawn in. So, if Kenny is seen on the bus, he had to have been put there on purpose.
