On the T.V. show "Drake and Josh," when Mindy and Josh are competing in the science fair, both of them have magnets. Mindy and Josh both have pop cans that stick to the magnets. The only thing is, is that pop cans don't stick to magnets. You can even try this at home!
Not only that but when Josh was all sad and he kept turning his magnet on and off (which does mean it was an electromagnet)and the can kept sticking to the magnet and falling back into his hand, when it sticks to the magnet you can see the can wobble. If the magnet was strong enough to be able to attract the can (assuming you could attract a can with a magnet) the can wouldn't wobble like that, it would be held tight to the magnet.
