When the bus jumps the 50 foot gap in the freeway and lands on the other side, you can see tires popping, glass breaking and the body and frame being bent in every direction. If you watch closely, you can also see the drive shaft come off. In the next shot, you see them continuing to drive along the highway, congratulating each other on surviving the jump with the bus perfectly in tact and drivable. No broken windows, frame or body AND still somehow drivable, even without a drive shaft.

In fact, in the scene where they are driving on the runways, not only is the outside of the bus in perfect condition, there isn't a cracked window to be seen even though during the jump at least 10 windows popped out.
