Okay, fast forward to the part of the movie where Peter has just learned to fly again. He flies through the sky and goes back to see the Lost boys. In the process he cuts the pants off of Rufio or however you spell his name. A couple minutes later, he flies through the crowd. If you watch carefully, you'll see Rufio pulling up his pants and running after him. In the next scene, it shows him pulling up his pants again.
