Go to the part where Billy is singing while the Delightful Reaper is asimalating house by house.

"Stop that!" says the Delightful Reaper, "I wish we didn't asimalated you in the first place!"

They never actully did, because originally Billy was fused with the Delightful Children in order to make the Delightful Reaper.
