In the scene where Kris Kringle is explaining how he would easily pass a sobriety test, he asks himself and answers a couple of easy questions. Then he says, "Who was Vice President under John Quincy Adams? Daniel D. Tompkins." I guess he's not as sober as he thinks-- Tompkins was the Vice President under James Monroe. Adams' Vice President was John C. Calhoun.
