In the scene in Florida when the gurney falls out of the back of the ambulance. You see Sheriff Justice driving up behind the gurney as it rolls down the road. As the bed sheets blow up and move around you see that the gurney has two big red taillights and small rubber tires. It even appears from a distance that the gurney is being steered in the way it swerves and motorized too. Evidently in Florida, the state required that a motorized vehicle must have taillights.
