In the scene in "The Mustache Kid" where Dr. Chipotle Jr. gives Manny the fake 'L' belt instead of the real 'M' belt. Manny immediately puts it on and leaves Chipotle with the real one. After that, during some scenes where Manny does adult things with his mustache, you can see him with his M belt on again!
