This slip-up can be found in the 1971 James Bond movie ”Diamonds are forever”.
One of the trademarks in Bond films is that there should be a lot of love scenes, but no nudity. Well, that’s not completely true anymore. Here’s where, and how, this slip-up occurred:
Right at the beginning you’ll see Bond walking towards a girl, in a bikini, known as Marie (played by Denise Perrier). She asks if she can help him with anything. Bond puts his arms around her and says: “I got something to take off your chest”.
He then (quickly) takes off her bikini top and puts it around her neck, in an attempt to strangle her. It’s just so happen that he did it too quickly and Marie didn’t have enough time to cover herself. The breast is only visible for half a second but this is one of those rare (possibly the only) nudity shot in a Bond film.
I might add a picture later on.
