Since we are all aware that a dance double did all the dance scenes for Jennifer Beals, it is quite obvious that in the "water splash" dance sequence, the dance double is wearing a completely strapless top. And all of Jennifer Beals closeups show her wearing a halter top. If we didn't already know Jennifer Beals hadn't done the dancing, this might have blown her cover.
