Go to the scene where Air Force One is on the ground. Protruding from the rear of the aircraft you can see a boom, or the part of a tanker aircraft that refuels other aircraft. Air Force One is a VC-25A and does not have a boom coming out of it. It's clearly evident that for the movie they painted a KC-135 Tanker aircraft instead of just a boeing 747.
