Rather than write multiple entries, I'm just going to include all these slip-ups here.

These all take place within the last 15 minutes of the movie:

1: When Tony gets away from Brian and is trying to escape,with the sack over his head, he reaches the door and the security chain is dangling. However, minutes later when the security guard shows up, the chain is now hooked in place locking the door.

2: Brian and Tony are fighting in the bathroom and the shower curtain and rod get knocked down. The doorbell rings and Brian handcuffs Tony to a soap dish, and as he leaves to answer the door, the shower curtain is once again hanging up.

3: Brooks, the second security guard, shows up as Tony has Brian at gunpoint. Tony shoots Brian, Brooks soots Tony, and Tony falls with his right arm extended. Brooks handcuffs Tony, but as he is taking care of Brian we once again see Tony with his right arm extended.

There are a dozen or so more slip-ups in this movie but I don't have the time to list them all (I'm a hunt-and-pecker on the keyboard), so someone else can list the rest of them. These are the main ones all close together.
