After Peter does the commercial for Hyundai and Subaru he gets and drive a convertible on the field that looks new. Hyundai and Subaru have not made a convertible, so its not a car from the dealer.
Or he got a used car from the dealer because he didn't want a Hyundai or Subaru. A lot of new car lots have low mile trade in cars on the lot that they don't normally sell. It's just how the system works. Not a slip-up.
