At the part where everything has been pulled into the sinkhole, look at the ruins of the house. The center of the house is where the sinkhole supposedly started, but think again: Homer put a sandpit over it before the dome came down and you see the sandpit later only a few feet away from the edge of the dome. But in this scene the center of the ruin is about 3 meters away.
